Recall service - at no charge, on eligible Ford vehicles.
Open manufacturer recalls are completed free of charge where eligible. Bring it in or book a slot - the work is performed by trained technicians using genuine parts.
Step 1
Look up your VIN
Find your 17-character VIN on the lower-driver-side windshield or your vehicle registration. Check it at NHTSA or Transport Canada — we'll also look it up for you when you book.
Step 2
Book a slot
Recall work is scheduled with the same routine-service flow. Most open recalls take under 90 minutes; a few require longer and we'll let you know upfront.
Step 3
Drive home
All recall work is documented in the service-history record. We submit the completion notice to the manufacturer on your behalf.
What about “park outside” recalls?
For the small number of recalls with elevated urgency (where the safety advisory is to park the vehicle outside until repaired), we prioritize the scheduling and offer a courtesy vehicle where available. Call us at 604-464-0271 and we'll work you in same-day.
